Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 11, 2026. Meal Fame is pre-launch. This policy covers this website today and will be expanded, with notice, before the full service launches.

What we collect today

This website collects almost nothing. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information. If you email us at hello@mealfame.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use it only to reply to you and, if you asked, to tell you when Meal Fame launches.

Text messages

When Meal Fame begins sending text messages, we will only text people who give us their number directly and agree to receive texts, with separate consent for coordination messages and optional appreciation messages. Full details, including opt-out, are on our Text Messages page. Phone numbers and consent records are used to send the messages you asked for and to honor opt-outs, and for no other purpose. We do not sell or share phone numbers for marketing by others.

What launches later

The full Meal Fame service will involve information like meal preferences, allergy notes, delivery windows, and delivery addresses, provided by the people organizing and receiving meal trains. Before that launches, this policy will be updated to describe exactly what is collected, how it is protected (delivery addresses, for example, are never shown to meal senders), how long it is kept, and how to delete it. We will not launch those features under this short policy.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@mealfame.com. We honor opt-outs immediately. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor verified requests consistent with those laws.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
