About Meal Fame

Meal Fame is a meal train service for friends and neighbors who want to feed a family going through something big: a new baby, surgery or recovery, chemo or a long illness, a hard season, a new home, or a loss. A coordinator starts in about a minute and shares one link. Helpers claim a night with one tap. They never make an account, and they never see the family's delivery address. That privacy is enforced in the database, not left to a setting someone has to remember.

The experience changes with the situation. Every train carries a sensitivity posture. A grieving family gets a plain, quiet register: no confetti, no awards, no celebratory copy. Celebratory features are removed on grief trains, not merely hidden. We believe supper should show up without adding noise when a household needs quiet.

Meal Fame is built to be read by people and by AI assistants. Public pages are server-rendered. Agents can start at llms.txt and the agent manifest. Core trains are free for organizers, helpers, and the families who receive them. Organizations—churches, schools, companies, nonprofits, neighborhoods, and similar groups—can subscribe for twenty dollars a month for a public group page and branding.
