Effective date: June 12, 2026. These terms cover the Meal Fame website and messaging program. They will grow, with notice, as Meal Fame does.

Use of this site

This site exists to tell you about Meal Fame and let you ask to be notified when your spot is ready. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, probe it for vulnerabilities, or misrepresent yourself when contacting us.

Early access

Meal Fame is rolling out gradually, a few meal trains at a time. Features may change as we learn. We make no warranties about availability or fitness, and the site is provided as is.

Text messaging program

Our text messaging program has its own description and consent terms on the Text Messages page, which is part of these terms once you opt in. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

Intellectual property

Meal Fame, the Meal Fame wordmark, and the contents of this site are protected and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Total liability for any claim related to this site is limited to one hundred dollars.
